trainers. Katsukhiko Kashivazaki was born on September 16, 1951 the
Japanese judoist. The silver prize-winner of the World Cups in 1975 and
the world champion in 1981. I have begun to do judo with the 5th class.
After the termination of the Tokaj university Tokai began to be engaged
at Ibaraki Prefectural Taga school and the University. I have finished
sports career in 1982. I worked as the national trainer in England,
Canada, Germany and other countries. Since 2009 he trains judo at the
International university Budo in Japan. I have written the book Fighting

is the fifth part of the seminar. The seminar ends with this film. The

sankaku roll over is performed. At the end of the film, Kashivazaki
talks about how he began to train, what difficulties he faced, how he

сбоку),kuzure-kesa-gatame(удержание сбоку с захватом из-под руки). Во
всех вариантах osaekomi он показал, как правильно держать руками
захваты, как ставить ноги, как располагать туловище. Кашивазаки показал
базовые упражнения для обучения детей приёмам osaekomi. Фильм будет

ногами. В японской терминологии - это раздел ashi-waza. Объясняя технику
работы ног для разных бросков Кашивазаки всегда повторял, что работа
ногами повышает шанс справиться с сильным противником. Начинать обучение
детей надо с раздела ashi-waza. Большое внимание в фильме уделено
разделу подсечки, а так же приёму ko-soto-gari. Для приёма ko-soto-gari
Кашивазаки дал такое объяснение. По статистике проводимых соревнований в
Японии приём ko-soto-gari используется чаще всего. В процессе
проведения семинара Кашивазаки постоянно обращался к теме, как учить
детей этим приёмам, какие давать упражнения. Фильм будет полезен для
тренеров работающих с детьми, для спортсменов изучающих приёмы из
раздела подсечки.Перед
вами четвёртая часть семинара. В четвёртом фильме основная тема это –
борьба за захват. В японской терминологии - это раздел kumi kata. В
данный фильме вы увидите, как освобождаться от захвата соперника, как
перехватить захват у противника, какой захват не стоит брать. Кашивазаки
покажет несколько трюков для взятия захвата и объяснит как выбирать
его. В процессе проведения семинара он постоянно обращался к теме, как
учить детей захватам, какие давать упражнения. Фильм будет полезен для
тренеров работающих с детьми, для спортсменов изучающих раздел захваты в
дзюдо. |

этом фильме семинар заканчивается. Основная тема этой части – техника
борьбы лёжа. В японской терминологии это ne waza. Вы увидите несколько
переворотов в борьбе лёжа. Кашивазаки объяснит и покажет из каких
положений выполняется переворот sankaku. В конце фильма Кашивазаки
рассказывает о том, как он начинал тренироваться, с какими трудностями
сталкивался, как ему удалось выйти на мировую арену, как ему пришлось
менять личную технику в результате нескольких травм. Фильм будет полезен
для тренеров работающих с детьми, для спортсменов и любителей изучающих

фильме Kashiwazaki показал шесть вариантов исполнения броска через
голову. Например: интересный вариант при борьбе за захват. Кроме
демонстрации, Kashiwazaki показал методику изучения броска через голову,
а также несколько подготовительных упражнений. Отдельный раздел это
комбинационные действия.Здесь начинается самое интересное. Такие прыжки
может делать только Kashiwazaki. Он комбинирует бросок через голову с
подсечкой изнутри, подхватом изнутри, с болевым приёмом. Совсем необычно
исполнение при «подвязки руки». Борцам самбистам этот вариант
понравиться. Этот бросок надо видеть.
